Grand Theft Auto V Trailer 2

As expected, Rockstar’s nailed another surefire hit. The follow up to GTA IV, dropping next year in Spring, is being dissected on IGN at the moment, but more importantly, the trailer looks more impressive than most movies. Definitely has an Beverly Hills Cop (probably the Stevie Wonder track) meets Breaking Bad vibe.

Sony Music History Cut Vinyl Mural

Would’ve been a bitch of a job, but the outcome is awesome.

Sony celebrates “125 years of musical history covering almost 150 square meters of wall space in Sony’s Derry Street offices. Using just CNC cut vinyl as the sole medium, 54 columns measuring over 2 meters tall cover feature nearly 1000 of Sony Music’s signed artists from 1887 to the present day.”

New York in Black

Hopefully my last Sandy related post, but couldn’t resist. This series is just as badass as you would expect from running around a power-less NYC.

Full set here. Via.

Koi Yo Nokan is up and streaming from @deftonesband and it is killer.

Happy Thursday fools.

Muse - Live at Reading 2011

Some full concert action for a slow Tuesday. One of the best live acts in the world, arguably, I’d say, the best live act I’ve ever seen.

My two cents anyway.

Don’t see it like this all that often. Thanks Sandy (you bitch).

Vegas bound in less than 24 hours. Time to pack the man purse.

#songoftheday - Bush - Comedown

I keep forgetting how awesome Bush is, until I hear it again randomly and have to thrash it until I’m sick of it, starting the cycle again.

Biffy Clyro live at the iTunes Festival 2012 (full show)

Couldn’t be more excited to have stumbled across this bit of Biffy gold.

Was just talking about Biffy Clyro being one of the first band I ever saw live here when they opened for Manchester Orchestra a couple years ago with Cage the Elephant.. then I found this, trying to show off how fucking amazing they are live.

New tracks aplenty too - 1. Stingin Bell, 4. Modern Magic Formula, 6. Victory Over the Sun, 11. The Jokes on Us, and 15. Sounds like Balloons. How good is Stingin’ Belle live?!?!

Update: Tickets for the Dec 3, Bowery Electric show go on sale this Friday.
